Why do I want to be a vet?

From about age 9, my dream has been to be a veterinarian ... As the years passed and I grew up, my idea didn't change. So when it came time to make nominations for entering college, my choice was only a "veterinary study at Universidad de Chile" .

Why I wanted to study this? I really love animals, they are my life. I think they are noble beings who aren't corrupt like people, they simply live. Is also partly because all my life I have had pets, who daily have given me their affect and love without expecting anything in return. I think help them is the least I can do. So far I do not regret my decision, my short time studying has served to convince me it was the best decision I ever made.

To end this blog, I want to tell you that I would love to specialize in horses when I graduate, because I think they are fascinating animals (:

My favorite Piece of Technology

To tell the truth I don’t have a favorite technological piece. I think that technology in a certain way ruins relationships… I believe that the people occupy less time in share with their family or their friends. 
But if I had to choose one, I would choose my Motorola Defy. I bought this phone about one year ago and actually I do not regret it because I think it is very useful. Apart from the usual functions of any cellphone, it has applications like facebook, twitter, youtube, and others. But in reality I almost use it to only listen to music (I really love doing this); I spend all day listening to music. Indeed since time ago or in reality since days ago I realized something… I need a device with more memory, because my cell phone has only 10 GB and these aren’t sufficient for me.
What life would be like without it? I do not think that would change... Only I need my music (:

One of my favorite bands!

Hi! Well… First of all, I have to say that I truly love music, especially grunge, rock and metal music. Today I will talk about one of my favorite bands, Avenged Sevenfold. I knew since about five years, when I was fifteen years old. A friend showed me this band.
They are from United States and they were formed in 1999. Avenged Sevenfold or A7X is composed by four persons, Synyster Gates, Zacky Vengeance and Johnny Christ and their handsome and cool vocalist M. Shadows . They are a band of heavy metal and so far they have recorded five albums. The best album for me is the fourth called the same as the group "Avenged Sevenfold".
I like Avenged Sevenfold because their songs are really amazing, I love the beat and the lyrics, but above all the voice of M. Shadows.

My favorite song by them? Well I have many, but if I had to choose one that will be "Dear God", because besides that, a beautiful song, its lyrics identify one particular situation of my life.

Hi! My name is Casandra Goyeneche Cubillos and I was born on July 19,1993 in Santiago, Chile. At elementary school, I studied at Colegio Santa María Reina located in La Reina. After, I completed my high school studies at Colegio Coronel Eleuterio Ramírez Molina, also in La Reina. Last year I began to study Veterinary Medicine in the Universidad de Chile.

My parents are separated for about seven years and I currently live with my mum. I have a little sister by father's side and I love her very much, but I can't see her very much. She was born three years ago and she changed my life completely. 

I love listening to music. I can't stand a day without listening to it, above all in the gym. I listen to bands like Metallica, Three Doors Down, Avenged Sevenfold. I also love going to the cinema, I go at least 3 times a month. Last weekend I saw a movie called "Jack the giant slayer", I enjoyed it very much.
